Neha Dhupia

Neha Dhupia (born 27 August 1980) is an Indian actress who appears in Bollywood films. She is a former beauty queen and winner of Femina Miss India 2002.
















Dhupia was born in Cochin, Kerala to a Punjabi Sikh family. Her father, Commander Sandip Dhupia, served in the Indian Navy and mother, Manpinder, is a homemaker. She went to Naval Public School, then transferred to Army Public School, Dhaula Kuan, New Delhi. She graduated from Jesus and Mary College, Delhi University with honors majoring in History.
















Dhupia made her acting debut in a play in New Delhi called Graffiti. Thereafter she appeared in a music video for Indipop band Euphoria and also modeled for various advertisement campaigns. She then appeared in the TV serial "Rajdhani".















In 2002 she entered the Femina Miss India pageant finishing in first place, winning the Femina Miss India Universe title, and was subsequently sent to the Miss Universe 2002 pageant in Puerto Rico. She placed in the top 10.
















Dhupia made her film debut in the 2003 Bollywood film Qayamat: City Under Threat (2003), which performed averagely at the box office. She rose to fame with her role in the film Julie and then appeared in Sheesha (2005) in a dual role of twin sisters, but the film did not do well at the box office. She then appeared in films such as Kyaa Kool Hai Hum (2005) and Shootout at Lokhandwala (2007), which did well at the box office, and also appeared in a segment of the anthology film Dus Kahaniyaan (2007).














In coming years, Dhupia appeared in supporting roles in multiple critically and commercially acclaimed films including Chup Chup Ke (2006), Ek Chalis Ki Last Local (2007), Mithya (2008), Maharathi (2008), Singh Is King (2008) and Dasvidaniya (2008). Two of her latest films have been Paying Guest, and De Dana Dan which failed at the box office. She also worked on her first international project with Chris Kattan in IFC's Bollywood Hero. She is currently working on Vipul Shah's next directorial venture Action Replayy.

Kim Sharma

Kim Michelle Sharma (born 21 January 1980) is a Bollywood actress and model. Kim was born in Ahmednagar and did her schooling from a boarding school in Panchgani. After that she returned to her hometown and joined a junior college but hated her college.
















'Having studied in a boarding school, where most of the girls were from aboard, living and studying in Ahmednagar came as a culture shock', quips Kim. So while in her twelfth, she decided to call it quits.

On a trip to Mumbai, she went through an audition for Close-Up toothpaste and was selected. After the Close-Up commercial, many others followed like Sunsilk, Pepsi, Tata Safari, Ponds, Fair & Lovely, Clean-n-Clear and Liril. She is also the brand ambassador of Olay in India.
















Sharma caught the eye of producer Aditya Chopra, and he signed her on his next directorial venture titled Mohabbatein. The film also marked the launch of five other newcomers, Uday Chopra, Jugal Hansraj, Jimmy Shergill, Shamita Shetty and Preeti Jhangiani.
















Mohabbatein also starred superstars Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. It was a huge hit and started Kim's career in Bollywood. After Mohabbatein came a series of flop for Kim.

Diya Mirza

Dia Mirza Handrich nicknamed Dee and more popularly known as Dia Mirza, (born on December 9, 1981) is a Indian model and actress who appears in Bollywood films. She was second runner up at Femina Miss India, 2000 and was subsequently sent to Miss Asia Pacific, 2000, where she won.
















She completed the hat-trick of India winning international pageants in the year 2000 (Lara Dutta won the Miss Universe title and Priyanka Chopra won the Miss World title in the same year) when she won the Miss Asia Pacific title on 3 December 2000 in Manila, Philippines, also making her the first Indian contestant to win this title in 29 years.
















Dia Mirza was born in Hyderbad, Andhra Pradesh. Her father, Frank Handrich, was a German graphic and industrial fair designer, architect, artist and interior designer from Munich and her mother, Deepa is a Bengali Indian who is an interior designer, landscaper and currently does social work as a volunteer to help alcoholics and addicts.
















They separated when she was six years old. Her father died when she was nine and her mother remarried Ahmed Mirza, who died in 2004. She adopted her stepfather's surname Mirza and has recently adopted the last name of her birth-father and became Dia Mirza Handrich.
















When living in Khairatabad, Hyderabad, she attended Vidyaranya High School for Boys And Girls, a school based on the teachings of Jiddu Krishnamurti, and later Nasr School, in Khairtabad. She completed her graduation in Bachelors of Arts from Open University, Hyderabad.
















Mirza started working at the age of 16 years while continuing her college education. She worked as a marketing executive in a multi-media firm called Dr. Neeraj’s Multi media studio. She simultaneously modeled for the print and television advertisement campaigns of various brands such as Walls, Lipton, Emami etc.

Amrita Rao

Amrita Rao ( born 17 June 1981) is an Indian actress who appears in Bollywood films.
















Beginning her career as a model, Rao made her acting debut with Ab Ke Baras (2002) for which she won her best debut award. She then starred in Ken Ghosh's love-story Ishq Vishk (2003) and earned a Filmfare nomination in the Best Female Debut category.
















Rao was born in Mumbai to a Chitrapur Saraswat Brahmin family. She speaks Marathi, Hindi, English and her mother tongue, Konkani. She attended Canossa High school in Mumbai, and later enrolled in Sophia College to pursue a degree in Psychology.
















While studying in Sophia College, Rao auditioned for an advertisement for Fairever Face Cream. Her appearance in Cadbury’s Perk Karwa Chaut ad and the Bru Coffee advertisement helped her receive offers from film directors in Bollywood.















Rao made her acting debut with Ab Ke Baras (2002), and followed that with her (2003) film, Ishq Vishk, in which she portrayed Payal. In her films Masti (2004} and Main Hoon Na, Deewaar (2004) were released. Vaah! Life Ho To Aisi (2005), Shikhar (2005), and Pyare Mohan (2006) followed. She starred in Sooraj R. Barjatya's Vivah (2006) opposite Shahid Kapoor. Her performance earned her a Dadasaheb Phalke Academy Award.
















In 2006 Rao made her debut in Tollywood, with the Telugu film Athidhi opposite Mahesh Babu. Amrita's releases in 2008 include My Name Is Anthony Gonsalves and Welcome to Sajjanpur. Amrita's releases in 2009 are Victory, and Shortkut.
